CRANBERRY BLISS SCONES🍊🫶 Starbucks Cranberry Bliss Bars, but make it scones!! I think you should save this and make them for a holiday brunch😌 And I’m answering the burning question I get so often…how do I manage to eat all of these delicious treats I make? One, I have a fiancée who is a bottomless pit😂 (and somehow doesn’t manage to put on a single lb from it) I also freeze stuff to save for another time (gatherings, having guests, etc) And this year I’m saving all of the treats I’m making leading up to xmas to make cookie tins!! Recipe - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 1 & 3/4 cups of flour, 1/4 cup of cane sugar, 2 tsp of baking powder, 1/4 tsp of salt, and the zest of 1 orange. - Cut in 1/2 cup of cold unsalted butter using a bench scraper or your hands. - Make a hole in the center and whisk together 1/4 cup of heavy cream and 1 large egg. Then, mix everything together until a shaggy dough forms. - Mix in 1/2 cup of cranberries (fresh, frozen, or dried works) and 1/4 cup of white chocolate chips. - Transfer to a clean surface and work into a dough using your hands. Form into a disc (about 1 inch thick). Cut the dough in half until you have 8 scones (I made a half recipe for the video!) - Transfer to a lined baking sheet and bake on 400 for 25 mins, or until golden brown. - Let cool for 5-10 minutes before you drizzle with some melted white chocolate! - Store in an airtight container. These will last 2-3 days at room temp or about a week in the fridge! #christmasbaking #christmasrecipes #feedfeedbaking #feedfeed
