Yesss can be a sign of poor circulation or adrenal issues! Sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium (aka electrolytes) help! 💕

This is one of the reasons hikers use walking sticks. It keeps your hands at or above heart level reducing swelling. Try keeping your hands up while walking 🙂

Yes! But it’s due to dysautonomia 🙃 maybe have a Google to see if this fits with you too.

Girl it’s not necessarily just POTS, it’s also gravity, don’t worry too much about it. As long as the swelling goes down you’ll be okay!

It could be a result from the weather when you’re walking in heat. Like I can exercise for a prolonged time in the gym and be fine, but going on a walk in hot humid weather can cause that

Everyone saying it’s this and that … surely it’s just because of gravity and you walk with your hands and fingers hanging down 🤷🏼♀️

Yes! I was always told it was due to a lack of salt, so now I’ll make sure I hydrate with electrolytes after a walk

Dehydration (and by that, I mean proper hydration with electrolytes - most ppl don’t get enough electrolytes let alone stuff like magnesium)

I thought it had to do with the blood flow when your heart rate is up

Heart pumping blood faster and hands below heart level will cause the swelling. Try keeping the hands above the heart or moving them more or holding walking sticks or water bottles or weights

My hands do this but my doctor told me my heart looks normal so of course it’s not POTS
