@sabs.home: Protein bars 1 cup of oats 2 scoops of protein powder 2 tablespoons peanut butter 1 tablespoon honey 5 tablespoons of almond milk 50g of dark chocolate 1 tablespoon coconut oil Mix the oats, protein powder, peanut butter and honey together in a bowl. Slowly add the almond milk and mix. Press the mixture down into a grease proof lined container. Break up the chocolate, add the coconut oil and heat in the microwave in 30 second bursts, until melted. Then mix and drizzle onto the oats.
