@coachkatie_therunninghub: Back on track 📈 Chicago Marathon Training - Week 9/17 After 4 miles last week, we’ve come back stronger with 4 runs including 1 long run and 1 session (with a rest day between every run). We’ll still have to be sensible next week with mileage but I’ve just been grateful to be out running again! #chicagomarathon #marathontraining
