I started living with my grandma when I was 5 she washed my hair for me it was comforting when I was feeling abandoned she washed my hair until she passed when I was 12

I get so overwhelmed with showers that I have to schedule them out and prepare. It’s not only showering, it’s also making sure I have enough time to dry my hair. My son has a hard time showering too
