Check your attic. We had the beeping start at 1:00 in the morning. Turns out the previous home owner installed a smoke alarm in the attic.

I had a carbon monoxide detector that was a plug in with battery backup. It was in an obscure location and I totally forgot about it. Batt low. Plugged into a standard receptacle. Good luck.

You said you replaced all the smoke alarms correct? With brand new ones? Maybe call the fire dept to check them, or an electrician. Maybe there is a wiring issue

I had the same thing! I have smoke detectors that are hardwired and battery backup. I would change that battery and it would still beep. I took it down (had to unwire it) and it stopped.

Ok hear me out.. have you had any drywall redone in the areas you narrowed it down to?! Thinking an old fire detector could've gotten sealed in if you had any redone at some point
