Their "culture" is a series of institutions that operate completely freely in order to protect and justify the unlimited power of a parasitic minority over the working majority, over workers, peasants, living on lousy work for the big ones. Their culture is a school where they lie, a church where they lie, a parliament where they also lie, a press where they lie and slander, their culture is a police force that has the right to beat and ki*ll workers. Their culture has developed to an incredible height - it has grown to a continuous, daily war against the workers, who do not want to be robbed, do not want to be beggars, do not want their wives to lose their health prematurely, to become old women by age of 30, do not want their children to die of hunger and for their daughters to earn piece of bread by pr*stitu tion, do not want crime to grow in the honest environment of the working people - on the basis of unemployment. The actual, predominant content of the cultural life of bourgeois states is street battles between police and workers, an increase in suicides from hunger, the development of petty theft caused by unemployment, the growth of pr*stitu tion. This is not an exaggeration, the "chronicles" of all bourgeois newspapers are filled with facts of this kind. The "cultured" capitalist world lives in a state of continuous war with the working class, and the war is becoming bloodier every day.
