I had leftover bagels and these ingredients in my fridge the other day so I came up with this topping. It’s basically a California roll, but on a bagel! And it’s absolutely addicting. What’s in it? For three servings I combined : 🍥1/2 cup imitation crab stick (cut small) 🍥6 tablespoons of cream cheese 🍥1 mini cucumber (diced small) 🍥1 tbsp sliced scallions 🍥1/2 tsp chili oil (or toasted sesame oil, or both) 🍥1/2 tsp mirin 🍥1/2 tsp rice vinegar 🍥1/2 tsp soy sauce 🍥1 tsp sesame seeds and seaweed flakes (aka furikake) ❤️Served on 1 1/2 bagels (1/2 bagel per person) this breakfast is perfect for busy mornings!
