Injection and implant made my pmdd worse and trying to remember to take a pill with enough regularity for it to work was not happening so birth control was out for me. Using a period tracker is useful

just so people know I have pmdd it got significantly worse when I started perimenopause I can no longer work. 2 weeks out of the month I literally get physically sick just trying to leave the house.

im on birth control but i still get PMDD symptoms- birth control is not a solution but in my experience it has helped me TREMENDOUSLY my cycle was a nightmare before so i do suggest tying it.

I have PMDD AND Endometriosis plus ADHD and MY GOD I'm on the verge of going on a grippy socks vacation every month. I have to isolate. Every birth control we've tried makes the Endo symptoms worse.
