me and my husband learned when it's "pmdd" time and we have a safety plan in place for him to call me out on it. half the time I don't even know it's starting, but he can tell IMMEDIATELY

just so people know I have pmdd it got significantly worse when I started perimenopause I can no longer work. 2 weeks out of the month I literally get physically sick just trying to leave the house.
