It’s called hotel bread! 👩🏻‍🍳 Hotel bread recipe here, ◉ Ingredients For dough, 3 1/4 cup (400g) bread flour 1/4 cup (60g) sugar 2 tbsp (30g) butter  1 tsp (5g) salt  2 1/4 tsp (7g) dry yeast 1 egg 220g water For topping,  2 tbsp butter 2~3 tbsp sugar For brown maple butter, 1/2 cup butter 1/4 cup maple syrup 1/2 tbsp cinnamon powder ◉ Cooking process For hotel bread, 1. Put a little sugar and yeast in a cup, add warm water, cover with a cloth and wait for 10 minutes. 2. Mix flour, remaining sugar, and salt, add yeast water and eggs, and mix to make a dough. 3. Remove from bowl, add butter and knead for about 10 minutes. 4. Divide the dough evenly into 6 lumps, make them round, cover with a cloth and rest for about 15 minutes. (One dough is about 120-130g) 5. After pushing one piece of dough with a rolling pin to release gas, fold both sides and roll tightly, and close the last seam meticulously. 6. Put 3 loaves in a bread pan, press lightly, and ferment in a warm place until the pan is full of batter. 7. Make a cut in the middle of the dough, squeeze butter in between, and sprinkle plenty of sugar. 8. Bake at 340F for 25 minutes until golden brown. For brown maple butter, 1. Boil the butter in a pan until it turns brown. 2. Place the bowl on ice, add melted butter, and stir with a whipper. 3. When the butter starts whipping white, add maple syrup and cinnamon powder. 4.
