This gathering comes in response to His Majesty King Mswati III’s command for all Imbali to assemble at Ludzidzini for this significant cultural event. The Imbali maidens began arriving at midday yesterday and proceeded to register, receiving instructions on the expected conduct during their time in the royal assignment. Today, they are set to be commissioned by their Majesties to cut reeds in various designated locations based on their age groups. The Imbali regiment is expected to return with the cut reeds on Friday, presenting them before Their Majesties on Sunday.
