It is going to be the best way to take seed oil because your body metabolizes it much faster and you can reap more benefits from the actual oil. Black seed oil can help with so many things. The top reason why it works so well is because it reduces inflammation and can help with blood sugar levels, blood pressure, cholesterol. It can help with digestion and gut health. It can help with COPD and asthma it can help with skin health hair health it can help curb cravings it can help with sinus issues, allergies, it can protect your liver. It can help as a natural pain reliever.
