We had a huge one on our bathroom window frame last weekend. I coaxed it outside with a bit of card I use with jars to catch them. I was surprised it didn’t run. It was a female and quite docile.

You can just use a mixture of tea tree oil lemon juice and water and spray round window frames and doors,they hate it,and won't come in.
