mental heath crisis calls have trippeled in the last 20 years . One main reason is drugs, they are crazy because they are on drugs or they were and their brain is fried .

A bean bag round would be great for a fair amount of these shootings. But unfortunately most departments can’t afford to equip every officer with them.

Less than lethal needs to be more available for PO’s. Like tasers, even if you use it and it doesn’t work at least you used another option before using lethal force.
