When I was in basic training in the army, I fell victim to heat exhaustion. Ice and ice sheets cooled me down before the ambulance even arrived. Literally a lifesaver.

Athletic trainers matter!! Having an onsite medical professional should be required in ALL industries where people are exposed to extreme temperatures (i.e. construction).
