When I was in basic training in the army, I fell victim to heat exhaustion. Ice and ice sheets cooled me down before the ambulance even arrived. Literally a lifesaver.

Athletic trainers matter!! Having an onsite medical professional should be required in ALL industries where people are exposed to extreme temperatures (i.e. construction).

We used coolers filled with ice water and bed sheets in the military. Wrap em up and cool em down
