honestly i can't believe it. i can't believe im a nurse. reflecting on my journey, from managing pre-requisites and attending three community colleges while in cosmetology school to starting an eyelash extension business, it's been an incredible ride. i remember listening to lectures while my lash clients fell asleep, submitting assignments at 11:59, bringing flash cards to parties, and celebrating AT THE TOP OF MY LUNGSSS when I got my acceptance letter into nursing school. there were times I felt like I could fall asleep standing up after 13-hour days and 4-hour commutes, and the cycle seemed endless. 🥲 i literally was also sobbing when i left the NCLEX testing center convinced i failed and was already looking to reschedule 😂 yet here I am, four years later, with BSN, RN after my name and my dream job in hand. time has flown by, and I wouldn’t change a thing. nursing school had its ups and downs but so incredibly rewarding, and I hope sharing my journey—both the ups and the downs—shows that there’s joy and celebration throughout the process. don't just wait for the finish line; find happiness along the way. 🫶🏽 and i PROMISE you nursing school is not as bad as everyone makes it out to be 🥹 If you're wondering whether it will all be worth it or contemplating taking a leap of faith, consider this a sign. if I can do it, so can you. i an average C student before starting my pre-requisites and had to retake classes i failed LOL, but with a lot of passion and determination, i graduated with highest honors. anyone can achieve their goals and remember the only limitations are the ones you set in your own mind. thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your support. i feel like you’re all my best friends 😭😭, and just so everyone knows - on my hardest days i would always read all of the comments and i realized how much everyone believes in me, even when i didn't believe in myself. thank you for following my journey, and the party is just getting started so don't go anywhere 😎🥳 signing off *officially* as ~ nurse zoey 🥺💕🩺 AND GO FOLLOW MY FAVORITE PHOTOGRAPHER IN THE WORLD WHO TOOK THE BEST PICTURES EVER 🫵🏽😠🫵🏽 - @ nomadshotsphotography @nargis - @nurse.zoey
