Sorry silly question, you remove 50g every day and add 100g each day (50g water and 50g flour) surely that means the starter will increase in mass every day??

This is honestly such an informative video, thank you! However, the maths ain’t mathing. Day 2 you’d end up with 150g, day 3 200g, etc going up in 50g increments, if you’re taking 50g of starter away,
