Sometimes I catch myself doing this with neurological people who are looking at me odd for it. Automatically change over to focusing on their thing and asking questions but it's sooo boring

This is why I have to have friends who are ND as well. So we can do this back and forth with each other without negative nervous system input. I accept and understand that NT find this rude. But it means that we are not compatible. I would have to mask and that’s not something I can do in a friendship past casual chat at work/etc.
