As a nurse, I can tell you that sometimes others can smell it on your breath. To me, it smells sweet. Now I need to smell a sugar-free red bull to see if it smells that way. 😂😂

just before diagnosis winter last year I was extremely irritable and fatigued, my mouth was very dry, so so hot, and I kept getting this weird smell in my nose like stale gummy bears
