I was on a team of all women at my last job and because we were able to get the important stuff out of the way quickly the meetings just felt like a yap sesh most of the time I loved it

Im a teacher at a school with a female principal, a male assistant principal, and only 2 male teachers. All women otherwise. Our meetings are just like this, including the food lol

One of my corporate teams is 30 women in logistics. Order meetings are booked for 45 minutes and almost always finish in 25❤️❤️❤️

My work is in tech and the company I work for is almost exclusively women and it’s so nice?! I’m annoyed I was sold horror stories about all female teams. ITS AMAZING!
