@myproteinpantry: ITALIAN SLIDERS 🥪 haven’t made these in way too long 🤩 Ingredients: 1 12-pack dinner rolls 1/3 cup marinara sauce (75 g) drizzle mustard 8 oz smoke deli ham (227 g) 3 oz Italian dry salame (84 g) 4 oz turkey pepperoni (112 g) 4 slices provolone cheese 1/4 cup mild banana pepper rings (30 g) chopped 1/4 cup roasted red bell pepper (60 g) chopped 1 tsp Italian seasoning* - I just use Badia 1/2 tbsp parmesan cheese Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking dish or sheet with parchment paper. 2. Cut the dinner rolls in half (horizontally) with a large bread knife. Remove the top half and set aside. Place the bottom half in the dish or sheet you’ll be baking in. 3. Spread marinara sauce and drizzle mustard on the bottom half of the rolls. Layer on ham, salami, pepperoni, cheese, banana peppers, and red peppers. Add back on the top half of the rolls, then spray with light mist of cooking spray and sprinkle on Italian seasoning and parmesan. 4. Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 5 minutes or until golden and crispy. Cut into individual sliders and enjoy immediately! Notes: • Italian seasoning: Use pre-made seasoning or your own blend of Italian seasonings (thyme, oregano, basil, rosemary).
