PSA: kindergarten might want the 8 pack because the bigger packs have multiple of each colour so kiddos get confused when they say get your blue marker out

That grade 1 list is wild. My son was in grade 1 last year and I literally sent him with a lunch and indoor shoes.

I've never heard of labeling every marker, pencil etc ...we would just put everything in a pencil case and call it a day .... or the school just provides alot of the stuff for the classroom to share

Surprised they want kindergarteners to have their own markers, my kids old school wanted each student to bring a box to share amongst the class through the year, new school doesn’t ask for anything.

Fellow Ontario Kindergarten mom here. I also have to send a big labelled ziploc bag of extra clothes in case of messes / accidents they keep in their cubby!

We are in BC and me and my sister (Grade 12&9) only have like 10 stuff on our supply list and my brother (Grade 2) get all his supplies from school.
