This was around when I was a kid, pre-tiktok, kids just did it and called it the "knockout challenge" I don't think it even was an internet trend. I wonder if that changes any of the liability?

im so sorry for her loss, but tiktok is. 13+ app, if she was under 12 she wasnt supposed to be on here, let alone the fact that ive never heard of that challenge and cant even find it online. she likely heard it from smb at school and looked it up

Am I the only one who’s parents literally went through my phone until I was like 16 to make sure everything was good. It is a parents responsibility to always know stuff like this. It’s simple you either monitor or you don’t let them have access to it
