I seen first hand residents in trauma save my dad. Long hrs and overwhelmed but they were fantastic and forever grateful to each one! I would take them donuts every morning!

Nursing school can be just as horrific. I remember being beat down and expected to build myself back up. I was told I was not going to make a good nurse. I cried after every clinical. RN 11yrs later.

I learned to make doctors think it was their idea ..the orders I wanted…I fought it at first but then I got coffee, I complimented and flirted and played egos because they don’t care what I know
