maybe some people have too high a self regard and get mad when you inadvertently don't respect them as much as they respect themselves

I find what helps is taking myself out on 'me-dates' once in a while. Going shopping, to the movie theatre, etc. gives me the opportunity to show myself the love and care I need ❤
