Ask them for some dermoplast spray for your hooha and possible hemorrhoids. The spray was a lifesaver for me

If you tear, lay in bed on a towel a couple times a day. Once I started doing this my stitches healed way quicker

Frida mom ice pads were a life saver! The hospital will give you most of what you need for healing and will teach you anything you’re curious about if you just ask!

If you have a c-section make sure you stay moving a little!! My mom had 2 and said she stayed still in bed with the first one and the recovery was AWFUL…she stayed moving with mine and did great!
