i would probably just say 6 and then how old are they... oh my gosh quintuplets. then you can avoid the awkward questions all together

I hate the how many kids do you have question. I have 3 although my oldest son passed away at 10 months old. I have mostly answer with saying I have 2 unless I feel like explaining.
