had a similar incident in a car park waiting for another car to park and someone reversed out of a space into the car they then proceed to ask why was I stationary 🤔

I think the insurance company may judge the cam car at fault actually. It switched lane then braked quite sharply after shortening the blue car's braking distance. I am on team blue car

fact she was indicating to overtake and ranger over blocked her manover which she was watching instead of traffic flow. 100% wrong regardless anyway as rear ending is no due care or attention
