Trust me, you don’t want a hernia. My father had one & needed surgery. The recovery pain was the worst pain he ever felt. I’m doing everything to make sure I don’t get one. ✌️

I’ve been able to lift more but after months of building muscle. Do you think that helps? I do more weight in my legs though so maybe that’s the difference? Lmk!!

Be careful with hernia - i am told not to lift more than 10lbs too, so my exercise is just walking. 🚶♂️

I can easily life 15 pound dumbbells with my fistula but I’ll still use a 10 pound and just max out the reps till failure
