Chicago! 🌆 Juicy beef is packed into a roll for the perfect bite—try making this iconic dish at home! 🥩🥖🍴 📝 Neochef x Creator Recipe 🌶️ Chicago Style Hot Giardiniera ✔️Ingredients : 360ml white vinegar, 175ml water, 16g kosher salt, 45g granulated sugar, 4 sliced banana peppers, 1-2 large carrots sliced into rounds, 5 celery sticks cut into ½-inch pieces, 4 thinly sliced serrano peppers, 240ml olive oil ✔️How to Make 1. Combine the vinegar, water, salt, and sugar in a pan. Boil, then simmer to dissolve sugar and salt. Remove from heat. 2. Place the peppers, carrots, and celery in a heat-proof container. Pour the hot brine over them. 3. Stir in olive oil. 4. Cover and cool to room temperature, then refrigerate. 🍽️ Italian Beef Sandwich ✔️Ingredients : 2kg beef chuck, salt and pepper, 45ml olive oil for searing, 900g beef stock, 10g onion powder, 10g garlic powder, 5g oregano, 5g basil, 3g chili flakes, 5g coriander, 5g paprika, 50g worcestershire sauce, 25g tomato paste, 50g beef bouillon ✔️How to Make 1. Cut the beef into chunks. Season with salt and pepper. 2. Heat oil in a pan and sear beef until browned. 3. Transfer the beef to a dutch oven. 4. Deglaze the pan and add the liquid to the dutch oven. 5. Add stock, spices, worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, and beef bouillon, then stir. 6. Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F). Cook for 2 hrs or until tender. *We used the LG NeoChef convection oven for this step! 7. Remove the beef and shred slightly. 8. Boil the beef juice and warm the shredded beef in it. 9. Toast the sandwich rolls in olive oil. 10.
