There’s nothing wrong with enjoying Christians with large followings speak the name of Jesus on a screen. But many elevate this without realizing they are diminishing the value of their own role. As someone with half a million followers, it means nothing. As someone recognizable in public, it serves nothing. I do the same thing you can do. When I speak to 10,000, it is no more valuable than you speaking to one. Because Luke 15 doesn’t say there are different-sized celebrations in the kingdom—it says one sinner, one party. Your role is just as valuable. The same Spirit works in you that works in all believers. All things work together for His good purposes—in you, in me, in the greatest names and the smallest names. Hear this as it is meant to be heard: I am not condemning anyone. I am challenging you to stop elevating men and the wrong things—fame, views, eloquence, knowledge. None of that saves. None of that holds true value. It is all vanity. God shows His strength in weakness, His wisdom in foolishness. “So let no one boast in men.
