To be nit picky, but no, not everyone experiences pain.. stimulus response maybe but not what we commonly mean by ‘pain’. It’s like red or imagination or a voice in your head.

The only problem is that you've chosen pain to be the standard for morality which is ultimately a subjective preference. Someone who chooses another standard will have a different morality.

I don't see a difference between mind-dependant "subjectivity" and objectivity. "Trees exist" is a wood-dependant statement, but it's also an objective one.

Why can we not just acknowledge there is an objective truth behind any universal subjective experience making it objective. In the same way abstract maths can be objective or any emergent properties
