Doxy changed the game for me but don’t take it after drinking coffee or eating anything acidic, I learned the hard way and it makes you throw up 😭

You should take out the light bulbs in ur bathroom and use a dim light.. that helped me. Also when I wanted to pick I would pluck my eyebrows or leg hairs.. it helped

as someone who has dealt with skin picking and open wounds on my face for years, using salt water to clean the open wounds helped with redness, inflammation, and cut the healing time in half!!
