lightly sand with 2000 sand paper and then give it a coat of plastic primer. then everything should stick. Dorothy ruby red slippers vibes

Because of the silicone, you need a special glue for Crocs. I learned this with rhinestoning. You have to sand it first, then use 3M Scotch Weld AC79 to prime the area and PR40 to glue.

Scrub with scotch brite and acetone to open the outer face on the rubber before you glue them

I rhinestones a pair of crocs. Knowing what I do now about how crocs are near impossible to customize like that without stones popping off constantly, I wish I hadn’t.

I think maybe sanding like everyone has suggested, but then use e6000 glue. Crocs are injected croslite.

You need a specific glue that sticks to rubber or plastic. I had to use a silicone glue for shoes and platforms to get legs to stay.
