I still got lost why it’s lonely after decentering men & loss of community. For me, dating is a focus but doesn’t make my community, I can still yap to people about anything. Maybe I can’t relate 😅

As a bi woman, YES. It takes work to steep yourself in queer culture like to moving to a new country. The cool thing is the culture you’re learning, you already somewhat fit in bc you’re queer

i’m bi & demi, but i spent my teen years completely ace and never being interested in guys/dating and i experienced this alienation since the start. it was/is lonely but worth it to be true 2 myself.

This happens in all aspects of life. I've noticed a similar phenomenon in fandoms: it got reduced to ppl simping for male characters and overall paying more attention to them than female characters
