To be fair, I’ve also experienced medical fatphobia. My ex and I both had the same stomach issues, he has an endoscopy cause he’s thin while I get “lose weight” cause I’m mid size.

When I was fat I often dislocated my knees. The docs all said “lose weight” I’d go home and have a cry because they didn’t take me seriously…. I’ve lost 40kgs and haven’t dislocated a knee since.
