@justinemaii: My response when people ask me about my weekends… Thai Druken Noodles - Pad Kee Mao Recipe based off @stephvnietea Ingredients • 1kg fresh rice noodles • 1 cup Thai basil leaf • 1 can of baby corn • 1 can of straw mushrooms • 1 red capsicum, sliced • 1 onion, sliced • 4 cloves garlic, finely minced • Cooking oil Chicken marinade • 500g chicken thigh, thinly sliced • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce • 1 tbsp oyster sauce • 1/4 tsp black pepper • 1tsp bicarb soda Sauce • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce • 2 tsp honey • 2 tbsp oyster sauce • 1 tbsp fish sauce • 1 tsp sugar • 1/4 tsp black pepper • 2 fresh chilies thinly sliced Merhod 1. Marinate chicken and set aside for at least 15 minutes. 2. In a small bowl, combine ingredients and mix. 3. Heat pan with cooking oil. Cook marinated meat then add garlic and onions and sauté until onions are translucent. 4. Add veggies and stir-fry for 2 mins. 5. Transfer the veggies to a bowl and add the noodles to the pan and let it sit to slightly char. 6. Combine meat, veggies, and noodles together and pour sauce all over. 7. Add Thai basil and gently toss. Serve and enjoy! #padkeemao #drukennoodles #dinner #homecooking #mealprep
