If they use metal water bottles there’s lead in between the layers & it can leech out if the bottles are dented.

are they drinking alot of milk? or consuming a lot of dairy? with their most iron rich meal have them drink orange juice, it helps the body absorb the iron better. I use to be anemic

The water!!! My kids were super high in lead and I stopped buying water from those machines and only used bottled water and their lead went back to normal
