I was able to have a dealer ship buy mine for 10k less than I owed a year or so after purchase. I lost money but it was an easy processs. I didn’t want too but my husband died and I couldn’t handle it

We owe 27k on our trailer. Dealership will give us 20k, but we don’t have 7k on hand to give and lose. We’re just going to struggle in debt forever. So sorry you’re in a similar situation no fun

Way better to have title in hand because the new owner will need that and don’t like to wait for u to pay it before they get it transferred to them

Don’t pay it off now. If you pay it off now you can’t sell it until you receive the title. If you hold off on paying it off the title will be sent electronically to the DMV

I paid off my RV first had title in hand then sold it because it took two weeks to get the title.

You don’t have to have the title.. but it does make it easier. You can go with the buyer to the bank and get them the title, or give them a bill of sale.

My parents sold theirs on fb marketplace. My understanding for vehicles in general is if you're able to pay something off asap, you have a better chance of selling it yourself if you own it.
