my 5 month old randomly wakes at 5 or 6am (i don't know why) and usually falls asleep again till 7-7u30am. he is also very alert so if i would check on him i'm thinking he won't sleep again

Yep I have twins and they are waking early ( one wakes and wakes the other as they are sleeping lighter). So can’t just let them yell and carry on or they both awake and won’t go back to sleep:/
