@christophernolen1: #squirrel #easterngreysquirrel this is two minutes after her sister tried to chase her completely off the premises. Her sister Joey comes almost every day and this one called BabyGirl just started coming again recently. Last year they came together every day along with one other sister when they were babies. Triplet girls. Joey quickly became the alpha female and the other two didn’t come for months and months. Joey chased BabyGirl for a couple minutes and they both ended up back where they started 🙂, but completely exhausted. It looks like Joey was sitting up there with her left hand over her heart. The grey squirrels often come in twos since it is safer traveling with two sets of eyes looking out for danger. They often get along well except for the occasional reassertion of the subtle hierarchy that naturally occurs. Even seeming outsiders that visit are treated like extended family which I strongly suspect that they reall are. I still have never determined who the three sister’s mom was. They are full grown now at about 1.5-2 years old.
