while this mask does leave a film..it is still really good. wearing a mask one time isnt going to help anything. the key to any skincare is consistency... I use every other night and after a few weeks it does help quite a bit.

It does calm and hydrate my skin. I can see the difference as it has helped me tremendously with the dryness from going through menopause
