I work at a K-BBQ place we use the one that has automatic feeder so it goes back and forth fast enough that cuts frozen meat easily and rolled up when they come out

in my country (Poland) we dont even have meat presliced sold, so we bought that cheese slider (first one shown) and it indeed doesnt work that well we are ending up freezing it a bit and using mandoli

That’s the exact slicer we have too and it does take some adjusting and practice with the blade, but once you get in a rhythm you can slice really fast.
