Go to Braums and get their chicken sandwich meal and replace the drink with a shake!! (Not the Healthiest but you’ll gain weight for sure) If you’re veg then just get their shakes!

Carbs paired with protein and vegetables ((so you dont get built bad). Eating bigger portions. Watching a show while eating. Eating more frequently. You can do calisthenics at home.

peanut butter, almonds and cashews, small ammounts of each is a extra 500-1000 calories a day and u wont feel as full! also honey is a great way to get healthy carbs in while adding more calories
Olive oil is CRAZY calorie dense throw it in smoothies and stuff
