My husband had cystic acne as long as we have been together (18 years), he found out about 4 years ago that egg in his diet caused it. Cut out egg no more cystic acne

You are strong. I used to have really bad cystic acne too. It will get better I promise. Personally I had a few lazer treatments done to get rid of my acne but it’s kinda expensive.You are beautiful❣️

I had such bad cystic acne. I tried everything and in the end the de put me on doxycycline for over 3 months and I haven’t had any since. Hope this helps.

I too had cystic acne before. I went through 3 rounds of accutane but the acne keep coming back. what really helped me was I avoid eating white egg (including food that contains it) and gluten.
