Having this exact same problem!! The carpets are getting visibly cleaner and softer but I can’t get rid of the animal smell🤣🤣

It might be underneath the carpet as well if ya can pull it back and clean underneath with enzyme cleaner as well

White vinegar cleaner. A cap in the water of the cleaner. Obviously will smell of vinegar at first but it will settle quickly once dried and 💥 no smell

buy an enzyme cleaner and run it through a carpet cleaner may take a few attempts but it works!

best thing to do is let it dry for a few days use the vax shamppo and also a deodoriser it takes a long while for the smell to disappear

Put car wash in it we done ours smelt rank never smelt like that as soon as we put car shampoo in it don’t stink

Put washing powder and softener in with the carpet cleaner I swear by this! I have 2 big dogs and one is a puppy so a few accidents but I do this and the room smells amazing after! Xx

it's because it's gone right through to the underlay ..l don't think your going to get it out .l tried everything .had to take it up and put flooring down . .

amazon pet smell remover best stuff I used, I soaked the carpet left it an hour then used a rug doctor hoover it up, had to go Over twice but it worked

if your using a carpet cleaner go over the spot/ area twice with plain water then use something like fairy dish soap and small bit of water talking like a table spoon of soap mixed to 400ml of water

you won't get rid of the smell I had the problem when my dogs were puppies we changed to laminate flooring in the end

I think the smell is trapped in the underlay and since you can't spin it out like you can with a loose carpet, it lingers.

The water is stuck under carpet on underlay you have soaked it to much needs to dry out
