@dovecotedogs: When it comes to our dogs showing or performing certain behaviours, you may hear some trainers say that they EXPECT certain behaviours. The problem with this is that the vast majority of behaviours these trainers EXPECT are not natural or instinctive to the dog. This then makes it incredibly unfair on the dog to expect them to happen naturally.
