I’ve recently gone through acoustic trauma when it first started my ears were clogged and hearing reduced 😳 but hopefully it will get better

You have to stop using AirPods…. It’s most likely swimmers ear from air pods… this happens to me every time and I had to switch my AirPods to over the ear headphones

Update? You’re lucky if it went away. I got it a year ago from blasting loud music in my car. Mine got a lot better with time, but it’s still there and it sucks

hi! I am suffering from accoustic injury from an air horn going off in my ear. Thank you for posting this. It was so validating seeing another person going through it. I am absolutely miserable.
