Oh, we call this hashbrown casserole in my family. We make it almost exactly the same way, but we dice an onion and mix it in as well. It's so good 🤤

I make it way different. 1kg chosen frozen hashbrowns. 2 tins mushroom soup. 2 cups sour cream. 2 cups cheese. (add white onion to taste. I leave it out.) mix. put in dish. cover with more cheese.--
