Recipe I learned from my sistaaaaa Theye @theshellfishcook - 1 tbsp of minced garlic - 1 tsp of wasabi - 1 tsp of MSG - 1 tsp of granulated chicken bouillon - 1/2 tsp of sugar - 2 tsps of fish sauce - 1/2 cup of freshly squeezed lime juice - 1 tbsp of water - Minced garlic & Thai chili peppers as preferred I also blanched the clams in boiling hot water until the clams slightly opened up. #Clams #Freshcatch #seafood #cockleclams #chowder #yum #Foodie #seafoodlover #seattlefishing #fishing
